When do you ship orders?
Orders are shipped out Monday through Saturday. Please allow 2 - 14 business days for orders to process. Items may come in separate packages and/or separate times.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, we provide a tracking number for every order via email once your order has been processed and shipped.
What is the shipping wait time?
All orders are shipped via USPS and average transit times are 2-5 business days. Please be aware that there may be delays due to Covid-19 that are out of our control.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes, you are able to cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it.

If you've accidentally entered the incorrect address, please notify us immediately at jeannine@arthurmcqueen.com or via the contact page with your order number and correct address details.
What do I do if my items arrive damaged?
We strive to make sure every item is well protected during transit but understand that carriers sometimes mistreat packages. If your items arrive damaged, notify us immediately at jeannine@arthurmcqueen.com or via the contact page with your order number and photos of the damaged items and we will replace the item free of charge depending on inventory levels or give you a refund for the items damaged.
